DSAmd celebrated and advocated WDSD in meaningful ways:
Reached 1,890 children with our free lesson plans about Down syndrome!
Invested in the three-part World Down Syndrome Day advocacy activities in Annapolis.
Trained 20 teens and adults with Down syndrome through a 2-part adaptation of our improvisation program, helping participants build expression, self-confidence, and self-advocacy skills.
Sent 7 moms from 6 counties on retreat to build community and network!
